Is the executive body of the CCRM. The secretariat‘s role is to identify organizations or experts of interest to CCRM’s work and strengthen the work of the Consultative Core (CC). The secretariat handles the follow up, facilitation, and coordination between the different entities of the Center and the different working groups.

The Secretariat also maintains the relationship between the Center and external stakeholders.


Is composed of three Working Groups:

i) The Thematic Working Group which is divided into three subgroups: Refugees, Migrants, and Children on the Move. Members of the thematic working groups are organizations with specific expertise on these issues. The Thematic Working Groups decide on thematic strategies and validate relevant publications.

ii) The Regional Working Group: is composed of organizations covering the Euro-Mediterranean and Arab countries. The Regional Working Group is composed of country focal points and other regional/ national organizations.

iii) The Technical Working Group: is composed of individuals or organizations with technical expertise. The Technical Working Group includes research, fundraising, and experts with specific skills relevant to the work of the Center.


Is composed of all organizations and individuals part of the Center and is the highest policy–making body. It convenes at least once every two years in a General Assembly. The General Forum decided and votes on the Center’s strategy.
